Refunds & Exchanges
All PREORDERS and SALE items are non- refundable or exchangeable from Store or Online.
However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reasons from items IN STORE (excluding sale items) then we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a credit note with a validity of 3 months provided it is within 7 Days of your purchase.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS.
You can either:
- Visit us at our store;

- Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will ask you to return it back to us via recorded delivery (at your expense).
- Please ensure all goods are returned in the same condition as received, new, unused, intact with all tags, labels and packaging as without this we will not be able to accept the returned items.
- Damages due to negligence, improper handling will not be covered under the exchange policy
PRE ORDERS (ONLINE)
Pre orders and customized items are non-fundable or non-exchangeable whether purchased from Store or Online.
Sale items are strictly non-returnable. They are generally reduced due to a number of reasons: end of season items/ minor marks or slight damage or colour differences etc. Thus any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault.
